Why Corn Silage

Benefits to livestock

Enhanced Digestibility

Anaerobic fermentation breaks down complex plant fibers, increasing digestibility of starch and fiber for maximum nutrient absorption.

Superior Feed Conversion

High energy density translates to accelerated average daily gain for beef cattle and goats, ensuring a faster return on investment.

Maximized Dry Matter Intake

Proper lactic acid fermentation creates an optimal pH and palatable, sweet‑acidic aroma keeping intake high in heat‑stressed conditions.

Yield & Quality Optimization

High starch content promotes optimal ruminal fermentation, directly boosting milk volume, fat and protein percentages for dairy cows.

How It's Made

Production of Corn Silage

From bare field to sealed bale in roughly 120 days three phases, fully mechanized.

01
Land Prep & Planting

Applying organic fertilizer, deep soil loosening, ridging, mechanical seeding and germination checks within the first 7 days.

02
Growth & Maintenance

Pest control and foliar application by DJI agriculture drone, through rapid growth (Day 14 40) to pollination (Day 55).

03
Harvesting & Sealing

Harvested at Day 90 maturity, chopped and baled in‑field, then wrapped and sealed for a 30‑day anaerobic fermentation process.
